When
the mind pays attention to breath, we feel calm and peaceful. When we
have peace within our light, its light spreads to those who around us.
Peace is the awareness at here and now; the inspiration of love and
kindness are shared from that. A meditative mind also helps us be adept
at creating strategies to keep our minds offs the fear, of all that is
difficult; more peaceful, open, and loving is great blessing. TNTQ
