Life is like a
river; it is always flowing and changing and often different. On the river of
life, you are boatman. If a boatman with a rushing mind and too much turmoil
and not paying attention to the present, he (she) generates many worries and
fears while swimming in the living’s river.
When you’re
the boatman with peace of mind, you would know how to hold your paddle to surf
on the water. The water river always changes in time and waves, you shouldn’t
to rush, and just rowing in a relaxed way, so going on your river becomes a
happy journey meaningfully. Don’t care about what your final destination but
realize the beauty of the sky, clouds, water, focus on the boat with steering
wheel, pay attention to your breath, and the breath of the water lane, you can
take yourself for a swimming along the river in meaning and happiness.
Your thought’s
like a boat, the life’s same a river. When you let your thought just surfing
freely across fluctuations below the life, things wouldn’t able to control you.
Life is changing; let your mind pays attention and observes to anything; in a
quiet moment, your mind boat is not submerged beneath the water. Mindfulness is
possible to help you get rid of worries and fears which come from your inner
desires and delusions; at here and now, as the attachments’ no longer exist,
the dawn of freedom in Mind River just begins.
