Listening
is the best art of receiving information from the outside. In order to
investigate well, we need to practice listening.
Listening to a bird singing or good sound of the music requires our inner in
state of calm and peace also. However, hearing unpleasant voices but we
maintain the balance of our mind as not easy, so we should practice ceaselessly
to control the negative emotions from inner.
In daily lives, almost of annoying to us are the bad words stirring up
our ears eternally.
When hearing things that make you unhappy, don’t react immediately, just
remind yourself: "Really?" then contemplate what others’ words for
you while watching your breaths, watching the negative emotions rising inside
you ... keep listening your negative emotions, and you will recognize reasons
of the negative words going from, so you will know how to deal with the words
coming from outside through the filter of mindfulness within you…Therefore, you
will have a positive behavior with these words from practicing to listen to
your own emotions.
You just need to be mindful of listening all of the sounds; you will
clearly identify your emotions, and be not affected by them negatively, so the
world around you will become more harmonious.
